PHARYNGITIS, NASOPHARYNX, OROPHARYNX, OR LARYNGOPHARYNX?

 

Today I had an ultrasound done of my throat.

I’ve had a sort of swelling on the side of my throat for about a month – mentioned it to my doctor, and this is the follow-up.

And I guess I was expecting the regular “hmm, hmm, yeah, we’ll let the doctor know the results as soon as possible.”

Not a LOT of attention on the exact spot that I’ve been feeling.

Now I’m just a TINY bit nervous.
