SECOND DAY LIMPING

It's always a challenge to get a habit formed. Forget that 28 days crap - it either becomes a habit, or it doesn't. It took years for some to develop - nanoseconds for some to disappear - I just keep trying.

This is a long uphill battle, but I must begin the march, I can't put it off any longer.

There is about 15% of what I consider myself still alive - and I can probably bring back a little bit more.

I have to try.
